Commencement, duration and cooling off rights.

 

This Agreement will commence on the date that you first access and/or use the Kudough Financial Wellness Platform or start using any services or products offered by Kudough (‘’commencement date’’).

This Agreement will remain in force and will apply to your use of all services, products or tools on the Kudough Financial Wellness Platform from the commencement date.

 

In terms of section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (No.25 of 2002), you may cancel any transaction with Kudough within 7 (seven) days after the commencement date if that transaction was pursuant to any Direct Marketing conducted for or on our behalf.

Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the agreed payment date. Any cancellations made within this period will only take effect in the following month. No refunds will be made for any cancellations within the 72-hour period.
