1. Eligibility: The Survey is open to all Kudough registered clients. Employees of Kudough and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Qualify: Complete the Survey before the 29th of October 2025.
3. Survey Dates: The Survey will run from22 October 2025 to 29 October 2025. Kudough reserves the right to modify the competition dates at any time.
4. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all qualified entries received during the competition period. The winner will be notified via call or email within Two Weeks of the end of the competition.
5. Prize: The prize for the Survey will be a R1000 Takealot Voucher. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
6. Publicity: By participating in the Survey, participants agree to Kudough's use of their name and likeness in promotional materials related to the competition.
7. Privacy: Kudough will collect and use personal information from participants for the purpose of administering the Survey. By participating in the Survey, participants agree to Kudough's privacy policy.
8. General: Kudough reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. By participating in the Survey, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Kudough, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Survey.
